On August 20th, the provincial backbone teacher capacity enhancement training of Xingtai City was held in the academic report hall of our school's library. This training is an important task of our school's summer (2025) training program, aiming to further meet the core demands of teachers in the integration of information technology and the improvement of scientific research capabilities through special lectures and practical exercises, promoting the professional growth of teachers and the high-quality development of education in Xingtai City. A total of 79 provincial backbone teachers from the entire city participated in the training.

During the training period, Ma Xueyu, a Doctor of Education from Beijing Normal University and the executive director of Taihang Branch Center of Teacher Education Research Center of Beijing Normal University, gave a lecture titled "From Practice to Research: How Can Primary and Secondary School Teachers Turn Educational Puzzles into Fruits?" She guided teachers to identify the difficulties and pain points in their daily teaching through case analysis, and learn how to transform educational puzzles into research topics, design and implement educational research projects, and ultimately convert practical wisdom into research results that can be shared and promoted. Shang Haitao, a Qilu Master Teacher, a National Model Teacher, and a Taishan Merit Teacher, delivered a lecture titled "Deep Integration of Information Technology and Subject Teaching". He focused on the core paths of the integration of information technology and teaching, and through practical exercises, guided everyone on how to convert information technology into classroom efficiency, scientifically master the methods of building smart classrooms and precisely matching teaching resources, and promote teaching quality improvement and the cultivation of students' core competencies.

The successful holding of this training further demonstrates our school's role and responsibility in serving regional teacher education. In the future, our school will continue to rely on academic resources such as the Taihang Branch Center of Beijing Normal University, introduce cutting-edge educational concepts into the basic education field of Xingtai, and contribute the strength of Xingtai University to the improvement of the educational quality of the basic education teacher team in our city.
