In order to thoroughly implement the arrangements and deployments of the Municipal Party Committee on aiding Xinjiang, and promote the further deepening and implementation of our school's "cultural enrichment of Xinjiang", on August 22, our school held a symposium for 2025 aiding Xinjiang teachers. Jia Yunxiao, Secretary of the School Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhu Jinliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhang Yingli, Vice President, attended the symposium.

Jia Yunxiao stated that carrying out targeted assistance to Xinjiang is a specific measure of our university's major strategy of serving the country, and an effective way to support local economic and social development, enhance the political literacy and work ability of the cadre team. Our school's teachers voluntarily volunteered, bravely took on responsibilities, and actively participated in the aid work in Xinjiang, setting an example for the vast number of cadres and teachers, demonstrating the good spirit of serving the overall situation and striving for excellence among all teachers, students, and staff in the school. He pointed out that the work of assisting Xinjiang has high requirements and heavy tasks. Everyone should raise their political stance, enhance their overall awareness, strengthen their confidence and sense of responsibility, and continuously improve their political ability and ideological level. To leverage our own advantages and make due contributions in talent cultivation, scientific research, industrial development, and cultural construction in the service and assistance areas. We should pay attention to learning, actively accept exercises, hone our willpower and accelerate our growth in the practice of assisting Xinjiang, and continuously improve our personal comprehensive quality and work ability. To play a good role as a bridge and link, and make achievements in connecting the exchanges, cooperation, and common development between the mainland and Xinjiang. We must strictly demand ourselves, abide by rules and regulations, always maintain a good work style, and showcase the good image of teachers at Xingtai University.

At the symposium, teachers providing aid to Xinjiang discussed their understanding, determination, and planning of the aid work based on their own practical work, including ideological and political education, professional work, practical training, maintenance of school image, and ethnic unity. Everyone unanimously expressed that they will spare no effort to do a good job in assisting Xinjiang, strictly abide by discipline, serve local development with their own learning, and contribute the strength of Xingtai University to our city's counterpart assistance work in Xinjiang.
