On August 7th, the management trainee training for state-owned enterprises in Xingtai City was held at our school. This training is jointly organized by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xingtai City and our school, aiming to enhance the comprehensive quality of talents in municipal state-owned enterprises and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of Xingtai City. More than 80 management trainees from municipal state-owned enterprises participated in the training.

The goal of this training is to focus on the dual improvement of political literacy and professional abilities, and to construct a three-dimensional curriculum system of "theoretical foundation - practical strengthening - local integration". During the two-day training, Associate Professor Zhang Dianzhen from the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee gave a lecture titled "National Style Construction and National Studies Practice - Interpretation of the Core Essentials of New Era Style Construction", deeply integrating historical wisdom. Through historical allusions and case analysis, he systematically explained that in the face of new situations in the new era, enterprise managers should firmly uphold their ideals and beliefs, enhance their political literacy, and contribute to the implementation of our city's "industrial city" strategy with practical actions of loyalty, cleanliness, and dedication. Professor Hao Qinglu from the School of Business Administration at our university gave a lecture titled "Report and Lecture on Grassroots Employees of State owned Enterprises". Combining with benchmark cases of central enterprises, he systematically taught structured expression frameworks such as "total score" and "2W1H", demonstrating how to efficiently convey core information through Gantt charts and comparative charts, guiding students to accurately extract key reporting points and control strategies, and enhancing their communication skills of "speaking with data, convincing people with logic, and controlling the field with rhythm". Zhang Yongna and Zhao Ye from the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee jointly presented the topic of "Xingtai City Situation and Opportunities for State owned Enterprise Development". Starting from our city's economy and culture, they deeply analyzed the city's cultural construction, industrial layout, and remarkable achievements since the 14th Five Year Plan, guiding students to actively participate in local cultural construction and regional economic and social development.

During the training period, the trainees went to Xingtai Museum and Planning Exhibition Hall for practical research, allowing them to intuitively experience Xingtai's history and culture, social and economic development, as well as the layout of our city's regional industrial development. This further stimulated everyone's sense of responsibility and mission to love Xingtai and build it.
