In order to further enhance the emergency response capability of campus medical care, build a strong barrier for the health and safety of teachers and students, and solidly promote the construction of national emergency education schools, the school hospital arranged for medical personnel to participate in a two month training program at the Xingtai Emergency Center during the summer vacation.
As the core force of the Xingtai regional emergency system, Xingtai Emergency Center has significant advantages in the field of pre hospital emergency care. This study focuses on core topics such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, emergency treatment for airway foreign body obstruction, rapid identification of common critical illnesses, and multidisciplinary collaborative management. Our school's medical staff learn the standardized procedures and efficient handling experience of emergency centers through car consultations, case reviews, and real-life drills. Through immersive practice and specialized training, we will accurately connect cutting-edge emergency technology with campus medical needs, laying the foundation for safeguarding the lives and health of teachers and students. This training is also an important practice for our school to further deepen the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between medical schools and Xingtai People's Hospital.
Through this training, our school hospital has further improved the full chain response mechanism from "on-site first aid" to "rapid referral", and established a three-level response and rescue mechanism of "emergency personnel school hospital hospital". This has laid a solid foundation for enhancing the "first witness" concept of medical staff, beating the "minimum 4 minutes" of emergency rescue, and bridging the "last mile" of first aid. At the same time, our school's medical staff who participated in the training program were also included in the city's emergency volunteer system by the city's emergency center, achieving real-time linkage with the city's emergency network and accepting unified dispatch from the city's emergency center to participate in medical rescue work, truly achieving medical school collaboration, effectively ensuring campus safety, and realizing the sharing, contribution, and rescue of emergency work.
In future work, the school hospital will follow the overall work concept of the school's "1369" plan, with the primary task of creating a "healthy campus", comprehensively carry out emergency skills training on campus, promote the popularization of emergency knowledge among teachers and students, and use more solid professional skills and efficient emergency methods to safeguard the safety and health of teachers and students, build a solid "health defense line" for campus safety, and contribute to the high-quality development of our school.
